Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority / Jul 2014 - Present
Responsible for managing the ERP functional business process. Additional responsibilities include documenting user requirements, developing training manuals, SOPs, and specifications, researching new updates, and enhancing IT infrastructure. Integrating with other modules, conducting functional requirement drafting, guiding users, and providing post-implementation/upgrade support.
Conducting detailed business analysis for procure to pay modules, identifying future business requirements and solution design, and conducting training for train-the-trainer programs.
Furthermore, proposing solution designs and implementing Oracle application procure to pay modules, configuring Oracle purchasing, Inventory, and Financials modules, and providing support for real-time issues and year-end closing activities.

As a Functional Consultant/Coordinator in Supply Chain Management at IBM Pakistan, I was deployed at Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Pakistan for Oracle EBS ERP Implementation project.
I worked on implementing the Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in the Purchasing and Inventory modules. My main responsibilities included:
Analyzing and documenting business processes, requirements gathering and mapping client business processes within Oracle Applications, creating current and future business process models, planning and implementing Oracle Purchasing and Inventory modules at the client's procurement and material handling/warehouse premises, training end-users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, and supporting them after the Go-Live stage.
