    Pakistan Airports Authority

    Leading the enterprise applications portfolio at Pakistan Airports Authority, with ownership of the Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade programme and the organisation's strategic migration to SAP S/4HANA.

    Major Contributions

    • Directing the upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite from release 12.0.6 to 12.2.14, spanning planning, cutover coordination and post-upgrade stabilisation across all deployed modules
    • Governing User Acceptance Testing and functional testing cycles — defining test scenarios, validating configurations and driving defect resolution through to business sign-off
    • Managing the enterprise transformation from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, overseeing implementation across Materials Management (MM), Finance & Controlling (FICO) and Ariba, among other modules
    • Acting as the principal functional authority between business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams to keep delivery aligned with operational and regulatory requirements
